I have been to John a couple of times with my bad back and each time he is highly professional and explains everything in detail before he starts. I have had great results each time and would highly recommend his services.

Before Christmas for the first time in my life my back just locked it was very painful. I had only sat down on the couch, how could this cause so much pain, after days of thinking it will get better but it didn't unable to turn in bed and tie my shoe laces or go to the gym. My back is now fine and I am able to turn in bed in one motion tie my laces and attend hitt classed at the gym.
